替吉奥联合奥沙利铂在晚期胃癌患者的有效性及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的研究替吉奥联合奥沙利铂在晚期胃癌患者的有效性及安全性。方法病例资料来源于医院就诊的晚期胃癌患者40例,随机分为5-氟尿嘧啶组和替吉奥组,每组20例。5-氟尿嘧啶组采用5-氟尿嘧啶联合奥沙利铂治疗;替吉奥组采用替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗。观察比较2组患者病灶缓解率、白细胞减少等不良反应发生率、干预前和干预后患者生存质量的差异。结果替吉奥组缓解率为70.00%明显高于5-氟尿嘧啶组的50.00%(P<0.01);替吉奥组较5-氟尿嘧啶组白细胞减少等不良反应发生率低(P<0.01)。干预前2组生存质量相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,替吉奥组较5-氟尿嘧啶组生存质量改善显著(P<0.05)。结论替吉奥联合奥沙利铂在晚期胃癌患者的有效性及安全性高,可有效缓解病情,降低化疗不良反应,提高患者生存质量,值得推广应用。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of S-1 combined with oxaliplatin in patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods The data of 40 patients with advanced gastric cancer who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into 5-group and fluorouracil- group and S-1 group, each of 20 cases. 5- fluorouracil group was treated with 5- fluoroura- eil combined with oxaliplatin,while the S-1 group was treated with S-1 combined with oxaliplatin. The incidence of adverse re- actions such as lesion remission rate and leukocyte reduction in the 2 groups were observed and compared. And the difference of quality of life of patients before and after intervention were compared. Results The remission rate was 70. 00% in S-1 group, which was higher than 50.00% of the 5-FU group （ P 〈 O. 01 ） ; Compared with 5-FU group, the incidence of white blood cell decrease and other adverse reactions was lower in S-1 group （P 〈 0.01 ） ;The quality of life was similar in the 2 groups be- fore the intervention, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; After the intervention, compared with 5-FU group, the quality of life in the S-1 group improved more significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The efficacy and safety of S-1 com- bined with oxaliplatin in patients with advanced gastric cancer is high, which can effectively alleviate the condition, reduce the side effects of chemotherapy, improve the life quality of the patients and is worthy to be popularized.
