摘 要:中国经济社会的迅速发展极大带动了沿海港口吞吐量的快速增长,沿海港口集装箱运输蓬勃发展。为充分发挥港口作为运输枢纽的作用,提升运输管理效率,降低物流成本,本研究结合GIS全国公路网、铁路网、水运网络的多式联运综合系统平台,基于Trans CAD建立多式联运运输优化辅助系统。该系统可根据业务需要,实现多式联运运输系统的优化问题,解决了优化模型的系统建模和功能应用,为科学决策和管理提供有力的支持。The rapid development of Chinese economy and society greatly promotes the growth of coastal port throughput, and the container transport shows a flourishing development state. For the purpose of maximizing the effect of ports as a transportation hub, improving transportation management efficiency and reducing logistics cost, a transportation optimization auxiliary system of multimodal transport is developed based on Trans CAD, in the light of integrated multimodal transport system platform of GIS of national road network, rail network and water transportation network. The system could realize the optimization of multimodal transport system according to service requirements, as well as system modelling and function application of the optimization model, which provides strong support for the scientific decision and management.
