几种还原剂促进木瓜蛋白酶用于蚕丝精练脱胶的效果

摘  要:将几种还原剂分别与木瓜蛋白酶复配用于蚕丝精练脱胶,筛选能明显增强木瓜蛋白酶脱胶效果的还原剂。结果表明:以还原剂A、B及硫代硫酸钠和半胱氨酸作复配剂均能提高木瓜蛋白酶对蚕丝脱胶的练减率,尤以半胱氨酸的复配效果最明显;而以L-抗坏血酸(Vc)作复配剂对木瓜蛋白酶脱胶没有促进作用,反而随使用浓度的增加对木瓜蛋白酶脱胶产生抑制作用。还原剂A、B及硫代硫酸钠和半胱氨酸与木瓜蛋白酶复配的最佳质量浓度分别为1.5 g/L、2.0 g/L、4.0 g/L、2.0 g/L,几种复配酶液对蚕丝脱胶处理的练减率分别为对照的1.27倍、1.39倍、1.35倍、2.20倍。筛选的4种还原剂可与木瓜蛋白酶复配用于蚕丝精练加工,有望在不增加酶用量的前提下提高蚕丝脱胶的练减率。In order to find reducing agents which can obviously enhance the effect of enzyme-catalyzed silk degumming,several reducing agents were mixed with papain to prepare composite formulations for degumming the raw silk in this study. The determined results show that reducing agent A,reducing agent B,sodium thiosulfate and cysteine could all improve the degumming rate of papain in silk degumming,among which cysteine exhibited the most obvious improvement effect. On the contrary,L-asorbic acid( Vc) had no promoting effect on enzyme-catalyzed silk degumming but showed inhibitory effect in silk degumming with increase of its concentration. The optimum mass concentration for reducing agent A,reducing agent B,sodium thiosulfate and cysteine to mix with papain was 1. 5 g / L,2. 0 g / L,4. 0 g / L and2. 0 g / L respectively. Degumming rate of these composite enzymatic solutions was 1. 27 times,1. 39 times,1. 35 times and 2. 20 times to that of the control respectively. The above 4 reducing agents can be mixed with papain to prepare composite solutions for silk degumming,making it possible to increase the degumming rate without increasing dosage of papain.
