摘　　要：现代科技成果转化日益要求成果的创造方参与成果的实施过程,而当前国内高校成果转化的关注点仍然停留在技术创造和成果转移阶段,普遍缺乏对成果实施阶段的跟踪服务.本文从高校科技成果转化现状和实践需求出发,在参考英美高校和国内新型研发机构成功经验的基础上,提出通过针对性加强高校科技成果转化实施阶段的政策法律咨询、监督协调、跟踪服务、创业扶持等成果转化"售后服务"等方法,完善高校科技成果转化体系的构想.Modern technology transformation has a growing demand of the participation of the original inventors in the process of technical implementation. However, current transformation of S＆T achievements from domestic universities still focuses on the stages of technology invention and transfer, leaving the process of technical implementation largely unattended. Based on the status quo and the transformation practical needs of university S＆T achievements, it investi- gated the successful eases of the universities in the developed countries and domestic research institutes, and introduced the conception of ＂after-sale service of transformation＂ by means of policy and legal advice, supervision and coordina- tion, tracking service and self-employment encouragement to strengthen the implementation stage of the transformation as well as improve the transformation meehanisms of the university S＆T achievements.
