摘 要:以工业废弃物磷石膏作为基础材料,制备了一种新型灌浆填充材料。研究了硅酸盐水泥、微硅粉、速凝剂和减水剂对灌浆填充料流动性、凝结时间和力学性能的影响。结果表明:减水剂的掺入有效地改善了填充料的流动性;速凝剂能使填充料的凝结硬化速度达到工程要求;在硅酸盐水泥、微硅粉及生石灰的激活下,磷石膏基灌浆填充料的后期强度大大提高。通过优化配比,可以制备出初始流动度达到300 mm、在4 h内凝结硬化且28 d抗压强度达到20.0 MPa以上的灌浆填充料。This paper use phosphorus gypsum as the primary ingredient to produce a new type of grouting material. The influence of cement,silica fume, accelerating agent and water reducing agent content on the fluidity,setting time and strength properties of this grouting material are experimental researched. The experimental result indicates that the water reducing agent is help-ful to improve the fluidity of material and accelerating agent could catalyze the activation reaction to meet the demand of project. The high performance grouting material can be made under the activation of cement, silica fume and quicklime. Grouting materials whose initial fluidity can reach 300 mm, setting and hardening in 4 h and later strength can reach 20.0 MPa are prepared by opti- mizing ratio of material.
