摘　　要：五位一体总布局坚持和发展了马克思主义的社会有机体思想。把生态文明建设纳入总布局,不仅凸显了其在人类总体文明中的重要地位,而且实现了与科学发展观基本要求的完整对接。总布局对系统方法的运用,丰富了统筹兼顾方法的具体内涵,创新了马克思主义社会发展方法论。总布局厘清了社会发展和人的发展之间的内在关联,丰富了"以人为本"的理论意蕴和实践关怀,实现了马克思主义社会发展理论的系统拓展和与时俱进。The Five-in-One Overall Layout sticks to and develops Marxist concept of social organism. It incorporates the construction of ecological civilization,not only highlighting its important position in human civilization but also realizing its complete integration with the basic requirements of scientific outlook on development. The application of system approach in the Overall Layout enriches the specific connotation of making overall plans and taking all factors into consideration and innovates Marxist social development methodology. The Overall Layout clarifies internal relation between social development and human development,enriches ＂ people-oriented＂ theoretical connotation and practice concerns and realizes the system expansion and advance with the times of Marxist social development theory.
