纠正不平等的道德力量及其根基

摘　　要：对诺齐克的资格理论进行精细的解读,可以发现它并不拒斥一切模式化分配,而只是拒斥基于平等主义理由的模式分配。据此,就纠正不平等而言,与那些论诉诸强制性再分配的理论不同,资格理论诉诸个人的以自我所有权为根基的道德援助。It can be found by meticulous interpretation of Nozick＇s Entitlement Theory that the theory does not reject all patterned distributions but rejects only those based on the egalitarian reason. Thereby,in terms of adjusting inequality,Entitlement Theory,different from those theories that resort to mandatory redistribution,resorts to personal moral salvation based on self-ownership.
