摘  要:为了研究沙棘粉对高脂膳食大鼠血脂水平的影响及对肝脏的保护作用,将50只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组、高脂模型组、沙棘粉低、中、高剂量组,每组10只。各实验组分别给予高脂饲料和不同剂量的沙棘粉匀浆液,于灌胃第28天腹主动脉取血,分别测定血脂水平,总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇HDL-C)、氧化应激水平超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),丙二醛(MDA),谷胱甘肽(GSH)和肝损伤指标(AST、ALT)。结果是与高脂模型组相比,沙棘粉各剂量组血清中TC、TG、LDL-C浓度下降,而HDL-C浓度升高。中、高剂量组T-SOD活力升高,MDA含量、AST和ALT活力明显降低,高剂量组GSH含量升高。表明沙棘粉具有调节血脂,减轻肝脏氧化损伤,预防血脂代谢紊乱的作用。To study the effects of Hippophae rhamnoides L on serum lipids and its protective effect on liver in high-fat diet rats. Fifty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups,including the control diet group,the high-fat model group,the low-dose Hippophae rhamnoids group,the middle-dose Hippophae rhamnoids group and the high-dose Hippophae rhamnoids group. The experimental rats were treated with high fat diet and different doses of Hippophae rhamnoides juice.After 28 day treatment,The concentrations of total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer,and SOD,MDA,GSH,AST and ALT were determined by UV Vis spectrophotometry. For each of the Hippophae rhamnoides dose group when compared with high-fat model group,the concentration of TG,TC and LDL-C in the serum of the Hippophae rhamnoides were decreased,and the concentration of HDL-C was increased.In the middle and high dose group,the activity of T-SOD was increased,the content of MDA,AST and ALT were significantly decreased,and the content of GSH in high dose groups was increased.Hippophae rhamnoids have a hypolipidemic effect,which can reduce the oxidative damage of liver and prevent the disturbance of lipid metabolism.
