摘 要:为了揭示泵站起动过渡过程中重要参数如转速、流量、扬程等随时间变化关系,从潜水贯流泵机组系统整体出发,运用电机学、刚体动力学、流体动力学及水力机械特性理论,建立了大型潜水贯流泵机组结合快速闸门起动过渡过程的数学模型,利用MATLAB/Simulink构建整个系统的仿真模型,并针对某大型潜水贯流泵站进行仿真计算,研究了不同快速闸门起升速度对泵机组稳定性的影响。结果表明,系统仿真模型正确可行,且适当提高快速闸门起升速度有利于泵机组的稳定与安全。From the diving tubular pump system, electromechanics, rigid body dynamics, hydrodynamics and hydrau- lic machinery characteristic theory were used to establish mathematic model during the start-up transition for large- scale diving tubular pump system combined with fast gate, and the simulation model of the whole system was constructed by using MATLAB/Simulink, in order to reveal different important parameters and their variation dur- ing the start-up transition for pump station, such as rotating speed, flow, head and so on. According to the simula- tion of a large-scale diving tubular pumping station, the influence of different fast gate lifting speeds on the stabili- ty of pump system was studied. The results showed that the simulation model was correct and feasible, and it's beneficial to the stability and safety of pump system to proper increase the lifting speed of fast gate.
