轻中度血管性痴呆应用艾地苯醌片联合灯盏生脉胶囊治疗对认知功能及日常生活能力的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨艾地苯醌片联合灯盏生脉胶囊治疗轻中度血管性痴呆的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年9月至2015年1月收治的96例轻中度血管性痴呆患者为研究对象,随机分为两组各48例,对照组接受艾地苯醌片治疗,观察组接受艾地苯醌片联合灯盏生脉胶囊治疗,对两组患者治疗后的认知功能、日常生活能力进行观察。结果治疗前两组患者的MMSE与ADL评分无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组治疗后6周末、12周末的MMSE与ADL评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论艾地苯醌片联合灯盏生脉胶囊治疗轻中度血管性痴呆效果满意,可有效改善患者的认知功能,提高日常生活能力,利于患者远期预后。Objective To explore the clinical effect of idebenone tablets combined with Dengzhan Shengmai capsules in the treatment of mild-moderate vascular dementia. Methods A total of 96 patients with mild-moderate vascular dementia admitted to our hospital from September 2013 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group was treated with idebenone tablets, while the observation group was treated with idebenone tablets combined with Dengzhan Shengmai capsules. The cognitive fimction and daily life ability of two groups were observed. Results Before treatment, no statistical difference was found between two groups in the MMSE score and ADL score （P 〉0.05）; At the end of 6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment, the MMSE score and ADL score of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Idebenone tablets combined with Dengzhan Shengmai capsule in the treatment of mild-moderate vascular dementia has significant efficacy, which Can effectively improve patients＇ cognitive function and ability of daily life, and is conducive to the long-term prognosis of patients.
