摘　　要：目的探讨团体沙盘游戏治疗对围化疗期肺癌患者情绪的影响。方法选取2012年11月至2015年11月在河北省衡水市哈励逊国际和平医院肿瘤科住院进行化疗的肺癌患者122例，将患者完全随机分为观察组（60例）和对照组（62例）。对照组给予肿瘤科常规化疗及护理，观察组在对照组基础上与心理科合作给予团体沙盘游戏治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分和观察组团体沙盘主题得分。结果2组治疗后SDS、SAS评分均明显低于治疗前[对照组：（46±9）分比（50±9）分、（53±8）分比（55±9）分；观察组：（35±8）分比（50±8）分、（42±10）分比（55±8）分]，且观察组明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。治疗后，观察组创伤性主题得分明显低于治疗前[（1．0±0．7）分比（4．0±1．6）分]，治愈性主题得分明显高于治疗前[（3．9±0．8）分比（3．0±0．7）分]，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论团体沙盘游戏治疗的专业心理干预能明显改善围化疗期肺癌患者的情绪状况。Objective To investigate the effect of group sandplay therapy on emotional state in perichemotherapy patients with lung cancer. Methods Totlly 122 lung cancer patients who had chemotherapy from November 2012 to November 2015 in Harrison International Peace Hospital were randomly divided into observation group （60 cases） and control group（62 cases）. Both groups were treated with routine chemotherapy and nursing care. The observation group had group sandplay therapy. Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Self-rating Depression Scale（SDS） were analyzed. Results After treatment, SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than those before treatment in both groups [ control group ： （46 ± 9 ） scores vs （50 ± 9 ） scores, （ 53 ± 8 ） scores vs （55 ± 9）scores; observation group： （35 ±8）scores vs （50 ±8）scores, （42 ± 10）scores vs （55 ±8）scores]. SAS and SDS scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group（ all P 〈 0.05 ）. In observation group, traumatic score after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment; healing score after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment[ （ 1.0 ± 0.7） scores vs （4.0 ± 1.6 ） scores ; （ 3.9 ± 0.8） scores vs （3.0 ± 0.7 ） scores ] （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Group sandplay psychotherapy can improve the emotional state in perichemotherapy patients with lung cancer.
