摘  要:目的检测增殖细胞核抗原Ki67(Ki-67)、抑癌基因p53(p53)及基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在侵袭性及非侵袭性垂体瘤中的表达变化,探讨它们与Knosp分级的相关性。方法选用垂体瘤179例,根据Knosp分级分为侵袭性组(n=91)和非侵袭性组(n=88),应用免疫组化方法检测标本中Ki-67、p53及MMP-9的表达情况。结果 p53、Ki-67和MMP-9在Knosp分级Ⅲ级以上组中显著增高(P<0.01)。结论 Ki-67、p53和MMP-9表达与Knosp分级呈正相关。Objective The expressions of Ki-67, p53 and MMP-9 in the pituitary adenomas were detected to study the correlation between them and Knosp classification.MethodsOne hundred and seventynine cases of pituitary tumor specimens were divided into two groups by Knosp classification, including ninty one cases of invasive pituitary adenoma and eightyeight cases of noninvasive pituitary adenoma. The expressions of proliferation related Ki-67 antigen (Ki-67), tumor suppressor gene p53 (p53) and matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9) were detected by immunohistochemistry. ResultsThe rates of Ki-67, p53 and MMP-9 were higher than those in the groups above Knosp classification Ⅲ (P〈0.01). ConclusionThere is significant positive correlation between Ki-67, p53, MMP-9 and Knosp classification.
