摘  要:目的 评价高分辨率三维MR成像及图像处理技术显示Ⅴ~Ⅷ对脑神经及其病变的价值。方法采用高分辨循环绕相三维稳态进动快速成像(3DFIESTA+c)及三维时间飞跃(3D TOF)多块成像对20例健康志愿者和20例临床疑是因血管等原因压迫相应脑神经具有临床症状的患者进行扫描及图像后处理。由2名神经放射学医师根据20名健康志愿者160支Ⅴ~Ⅷ脑神经显示的清晰程度分为清晰、较清晰、不清晰3个等级,清晰和较清晰定义为显示,不清晰定义为未显示;临床病例中,脑神经与血管关系分为无接触、接触、压迫。结果Ⅴ~Ⅷ对脑神经显示率为100%,20例脑神经症状患者,12例确诊为脑神经与周围血管接触或压迫,且均被临床治疗证实。结论高分辨3DFIESTA+c及3DTOF多块成像与图像后处理技术相结合可以清楚显示Ⅴ~Ⅷ对脑神经及其病变,能准确定位血管走向及其与Ⅴ~Ⅷ对脑神经的关系,为临床医生提供准确、全面的影像学资料。Objective The value of MRI sequences for cranial nervesⅤ~Ⅷ and their lesions are discussed. Methods Threedimensional fast imaging employing steady state acquisition cycled phases (3DFIESTA+c) and threedimensional time of flight (3D TOF) multislab were used in 20 volunteers and 20 patients with complaint of cranial nerves. A total of 160 nerves were evaluated. Two radiologists independently divided the imaging findings into 3 grades: completely visualized, partially visualized, and not visualized. The first two grades were defined as visualization and the last grade was no visualization. The relationship between nerves and surrounding vessels were divided into grades: non contact, contact, and compression.ResultsThe rate of visualization of these cranial nerves with 3DFIESTA+c and 3DTOF multislab sequences was 100%; while 12 of 20 patients with complaint of cranial nerves displayed nerve and vascular compression or contact.Conclusion3D FIESTA+c and 3D TOF multislab sequence can display clearly the anatomy of the cranial nerves and the relationship between nerves and surrounding vessels, so as to provide the radiological data for the clinical treatment.
