摘　　要：提高临床医师的医患沟通能力具有重要的意义,是改变当前紧张的医患关系和培养临床医师人文医学执业能力的重要内容,也是生物心理社会医学模式转变的内在要求和重要体现。医患沟通与心理咨询过程中咨询师与来访者之间的沟通具有多方面的共性,这两者都是一种特殊的关系,都需要关注人性、心理学方面的共同理论和技巧以及患者的心理因素对其躯体疾病的影响。医患沟通需要并能够借鉴心理咨询过程中的理论及技能和方法,比如:真诚或表里如一、无条件的积极关注、共情等。It is important that improving communicative ability between the patient and the doctor of physicians.It is an important content to improve the current tense doctor-patient relationship and to develop the ability of physicians to practice humanistic medicine.It is also the inherent requirements and important manifestation about a ＂biologicalpsychological-social＂ medical model transformation.The doctor-patient communication is almost same as the one between the counselor and the client,they are all special relationships.These relationships all need focus on the human nature,the same psychological theories and skills and the psychological effects on physical diseases of the patient.So the psychological counseling theories and skills such as genuine or congruence,unconditional positive regard and empathy can be applied on improving the doctor-patient communication.
