《齐民要术·园篱》篇详述酸枣为园篱主要树种的研究

摘　　要：《齐民要术》作为现存最完整的一部综合性农书,在其卷四《园篱》篇中记录了魏晋南北朝时酸枣作为园篱主要树种的种植情况。酸枣作为园篱主要树种与当时多方面因素密切相关。一方面酸枣适应当时自然环境而发展;另一方面这一时期的社会状况、酸枣的多种价值以及对美的追求促使人们选择酸枣作为园篱的主要树种。本文试从以上诸多方面去解读酸枣成为《齐民要术》中第一园篱材料的主要原因。As the most complete and comprehensive agricultural book, Qimin Yaoshu recor- ded in its volume four that zizyphus jujube tree was planted as main tree of the garden hedge in the Wei Jin southern and northern dynasties. That zizyphus jujube was main tree species of garden hedge was closely related to many factors. On the one hand, zizyphus jujube can a- dapt to the natural environment; On the other hand, due to the social status during that pe- riod, the multiple value of zizyphus jujube variety and pursuit of beauty, people chose zizy- phus jujube as the main tree of the garden hedge. From the above aspects, this article tries to interpret the main causes of zizyphus jujube as the first garden hedge material chosen in Qimin Yaoshu.
