助产方向护理专科生的选拔与培养方式探索

摘　　要：目的探讨在护理专科生中选拔助产学习意愿学生的方法及培养方式。方法在北京协和医学院护理学院2012级专科生中通过小组访谈和问卷调查,选拔具有学习助产意愿的学生,在第4学期单独开设30学时高级助产实践选修课,由首都医科大学附属北京妇产医院高年资助产士承担教学任务,学生完成理论学习和操作练习后参加考核,考核合格者安排在北京妇产医院进行8周助产生产实习。结果通过小组访谈和问卷调查,68.8%(55/80)的学生愿意参加助产学习,其中18名学生完成30学时选修课,考核全部合格。根据学生意愿,11名参加8周助产生产实习,包括产房6周,产科病房2周,实习前有书面的实习计划和内容,实习结束后进行理论考核和操作考核,毕业分配时有4名从事助产工作。结论在护理专科生中通过层层选拔并结合学生意愿培养助产方向学生是可行的方法,在目前助产人力缺乏的情况下,不失为快速培养助产人才的方法之一,为助产专业本科教育提供借鉴经验。Objective To explore the screening and training ways of midwives in associate degree nursing students. Methods Associate nursing students with will of midwifery were selected by group interview and questionnaires. A 30-hour senior midwifery practice elective course was set up for these students in the fourth semester. All midwifery teachers were from Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital. Students who passed theory exam and skill test participated 8-week midwifery practice in Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital. Results 68.8%（55/ 80） of the students were willing to participate in the study of senior midwifery practice elective course. Eighteen students completed 30 class hours and passed the examination and 11 students finished 8-week midwifery practice in delivery room for 6 weeks and maternity ward for 2 weeks. Through theoretical examination and operation assessment in rotation,four students engaged in midwifery after graduation. Conclusion It is a feasible method by screening and cultivating midwives in associate degree nursing students step by step. And it also provides a referential experience for the undergraduate education of midwives.
