摘 要:集材方式作为集材工艺最重要的内容,它的选择决定着伐区的生产方式、作业效率以及生态效益。本文对人力和畜力集材、拖拉机集材、架空索道集材以及空中集材四种常见集材方式进行了介绍,并明确了上述几种集材方式评价因素集合为U={集材效率,生态效益,安全稳定性,经济性}、评价等级集合为V={优,良,中,差}以及各评价因素权重W=(0.35,0.25,0.1,0.3),进而采用加权平均原则对几种集材方式进行了模糊综合评价,得出集材拖拉机集材是相对最优的集材方式。在此基础上,进而提出了一种更适合当下林区生产方式,满足当下集材条件的小型集材拖拉机,并对其进行了模糊评价,得出其为更佳集材方式。Skidding ways as the most important content of logging technology, its selection determines the mode of production, operating efficiency and ecological benefits of the cutting area. The human and animal skidding, tractor skidding, skidding ropeway and aerial skidding were introduced, and clearly the above several logging evaluation factors set U = {skidding efficiency, ecological benefits, safety and stability, economy}, and evaluation grade set V = {excellent, good, fair, poor} and the evaluation of the factors weights W= (0.35, 0.25, 0.1, 0.3), and the weighted average principle has carried on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to several common skidding ways, it is concluded that the tractor skidding is relatively optimal way. On this basis, it puts forward a kind of small skidding tractor which are more suitable for the present forest, and meets the present ecological conditions, and the fuzzy evaluation is carried out, it is concluded which is the better way to skidding.
