摘  要:建立一种可以同时检测腐竹中碱性嫩黄O和碱性橙II的方法。该方法对碱性嫩黄O和碱性橙II分别在0.500~20.000 mg/kg、0.500~10.000 mg/kg范围内线性关系良好,检出限均为0.100 mg/kg。将该方法用于市场腐竹样品中碱性嫩黄O和碱性橙II的检测,采用标准回收法,平均回收率分别为85.1%和81.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5%(n=6)。该方法具有简单、快速、准确、灵敏度高等特点,具有一定的实用价值。A method for simultaneous determination of auramine O and alkaline orange II in the samples of dried beancurd sticks is established for fast, accurate and sensitive analysis of yellow dye in dried beancurd sticks. The scope of the linear relationship is within the range of 0.500~20.000 mg/kg , 0.500~10.000 mg/kg on auramine O and alkaline orange II respectively. Low detection limit is 0.100 mg/kg. With this method for urban vegetable market in dried beancurd sticks samples basic flavine O and alkaline orange II testing,for standard addition of samples,the average recovery were 85.1 and 81.7%respectively, relative standard deviation (RSD) is less than 5%(n=6). This method has characteristics of simple, rapid, accurate, high sensitivity, with a certain practical value.
