摘　　要：综述小麦低聚肽抗氧化、调节免疫功能、降血压等功能作用的研究进展和应用展望,为小麦低聚肽的进一步开发利用提供思路。This paper reviewed the research advancement and application prospect of wheat opligopeptides from the physicochemical composition,function,including antioxidant,immune-modulatory,antihypertensive,to present ideas for the further development and utilization of wheat oligopeptides.
