摘 要:提出了一种利用激光视觉原理测量熔池振荡频率的方法.采用高速摄像机采集反映熔池表面振荡变化的图像,并设计图像处理方法以实现振荡频率的提取.为了研究标定窗口大小对熔池振荡频率的影响,提取了不同像素值下的熔池振荡频率,并分析了其对熔池表面振荡及内部金属流动的影响.结果表明:激光视觉测量方法能够精确检测熔池表面各个方向金属的振荡、流动情况;选取部分窗口标定,将会造成熔池振荡信息丢失而无法得到准确的熔池各个方向金属的振荡频率,因此,需将整个激光条纹所在图像区域全部标定.A novel laser-vision method was proposed for detecting the weld pool oscillation frequency. reflected laser images which could reflect weld pool variations were captured by the high speed camera. image processing algorithm for extracting the laser lines was designed. In order to study the effect of dow size on oscillation frequency, the frequency of different pixel values of window were extracted and ana- lyzed by the mode of weld pool surface oscillation. The results show that the laser vision method can precisely measure the weld pool oscillation of different directions. The partial selected window can give rise to the loss information of oscillation. Therefore, the selected window must contain all reflected laser lines.
