摘 要:随着微电子系统、航空、航天及军工领域仪器设备的高度集成化,高热流密度下的高效散热成为了亟待解决的问题。微细通道沸腾换热装置以体积小、重量轻、散热量大等特点,引起了越来越广泛的关注。然而,对于微细通道内传热传质的机理待深入研究。介绍了微细通道内气液两相流流动与换热的最新研究进展,从两相流流型、制冷剂及通道截面形状的影响等方面进行梳理与归纳,提出未来发展重点。As the instruments and equipments of microelectronic systems,aerospace and military field highly integrated,it is significant to solve the problem of disserting heat efficiently under high heat flux. Micro/mini-channel boiling heat transfer device with its characteristics such as small volume,light weight,large heat release has been paid more and more attention. However,the mechanism of heat and mass transfer in micro/mini-channels has not been thoroughly studied. This paper introduces the latest progress of the two phase flow in micro/mini- channels. We reviewed and analyzed the two phase flow models,refrigerants and the impact of channel configurations.
