能源革命背景下江西能源发展研究

摘　　要：党的十八大报告首次提出推动能源革命,能源革命战略是我国能源发展的顶层设计和长期战略。江西作为全国生态文明先行示范区,在能源革命背景下,如何构建江西能源新格局显得十分迫切和重要。江西正处于工业化、城镇化"双加速"阶段,能源需求量大幅增加,带来了严重的环境污染。推动能源革命要创新思路,促进能源转型升级,重塑高效、低碳、清洁、多元的现代能源供应体系,构建高效能源流通体系,抑制不合理能源消费,加强先进能源技术创新,加快能源体制和市场机制改革。The report of the 18th National Congress of CPC first proposed to promote energy revolution, and energy revolution strategy is a top-level design and long-term strategy of energy development of China. Jiangxi Province is the first national ecological demonstration zone. Therefore, under the background of energy revolution, how to build a new pattern of energy Jiangxi is very urgent and important. Jiangxi Province is in the acceleration phase of industrialization and urbanization, with a substantial increase in energy demand and serious environmental pollution. To promote energy revolution, it is essential to re- new ideas, promote energy transformation and upgrading, remodel efficient, low-carbon, clean, diverse modern energy supply systems, construct efficient energy circulation system, curb irrational energy consumption, strengthen the advanced energy technology innovation, and accelerate the reform of the energy system and the market mechanism.
