摘　　要：目的探讨microRNA-365(miR-365)在骨肉瘤患者血浆中的表达水平及其临床意义。方法采用定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction,qRT-PCR)方法检测35例骨肉瘤患者和40例健康对照者血浆中miR-365的表达水平,并统计分析骨肉瘤患者血浆中miR-365表达水平与临床病理参数之间的关系。结果骨肉瘤患者血浆中miR-365表达水平为0.38±0.16,明显低于正常对照组血浆中miR-365的表达水平(0.61±0.24),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);骨肉瘤患者血浆中miR-365的表达水平在不同年龄、性别、肿瘤部位、肿瘤大小、病理类型及Enneking分期中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 miR-365在骨肉瘤患者血浆中的水平降低,miR-365可能参与骨肉瘤的发病。Objective To explore the plasma levels of microRNA-365（ miR-365） and its clinical significance in patients with osteosarcoma. Methods The plasma levels of miR-365 were detected by quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction（ qRTPCR） in 35 patients with osteosarcoma and 40 healthy controls. The relationships between the plasma levels of miR-365 and clinical pathological parameters of osteosarcoma were analyzed. Results The plasma levels of miR-365 in patients with osteosarcoma were statistically lower than in healthy controls（ 0. 38 ± 0. 16 vs 0. 61 ± 0. 24,P〈0. 01）. There was no statistical difference in plasma levels of miR-365 in different age,gender,tumor site,tumor size,histological type and Enneking stage of patients with osteosarcoma（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The plasma levels of miR-365 in patients with osteosarcoma decrease,which suggests that miR-365 may participate in the pathogenesis of osteosarcoma.
