安全偏好对小微企业安全生产水平影响研究——基于生产要素竞争视角

摘　　要：为充分考虑小微企业安全问题的动态性与复杂性,进一步探究劳动者及银行安全偏好与小微企业安全生产水平之间的关系,本文引入计算实验方法,抽象模拟生产要素争夺、生产经营、安全生产这三种活动,并在其相互联动基础上,分别进行劳动者与银行安全偏好对安全生产水平影响实验。结果表明:当劳动者数量相对紧缺或劳动者质量差异较大时,劳动者安全偏好有效促进小微企业安全生产水平提高;银行安全偏好显著影响小微企业安全水平,当银行制定合理的安全要求时能促进小微企业安全生产水平提高,但若要求过高或过低都不利于安全生产水平提升。结果进一步证明激发并合理利用劳动者及银行安全偏好确实能有效促进小微企业安全生产水平提高。In order to explore the relation between laborers＇ safety preference, banks＇ safety preference, and small enterprises＇ production safety, the experiments of influences of laborers＇ and banks＇ safety preference on production safety have been carried out respectively. Taking dynamic and complexity of small enterprises into consideration, the method of computational experiment is adopted in this research. Based on mutual interaction, activities of the competi- tion of production factors, production management, and production safety are simulated. The result of the experiments shows that laborers＇ safety preference improves the production safety efficiently when labor shortage occurs or the quality of labor differs greatly. Banks＇ safety preference has significant influence on the safety level of small enterprises. Reasonable safety requirement may promote production safety of small enterprises. However, safety requirement may exert negative influence on production safety when it goes extremely high or low. This paper presents that production safety of small enterprises may be improved significantly by means of promoting laborers＇ and banks＇ safety preference.
