正颌外科技术治疗牙颌面畸形的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨各种先天和后天患者牙颌面畸形的诊断和正颌外科治疗方法。方法利用影像学和模型外科技术,对牙颌面畸形分类诊断,选择正颌外科技术进行手术修复,恢复正常牙颌面关系和面部外形。结果分析牙颌面畸形患者的影像学资料,明确诊断畸形类型,通过模型外科设计手术方案,进行正颌外科技术治疗,对比手术前后效果,手术安全,达到预期效果。结论正颌和牵张成骨技术对牙颌面畸形的治疗十分有效。Objective To explore the diagnosis of congenital and acquired dento-maxillofacial deformity and orthognathic surgical treat-ment.Methods By using diagnostic imaging and model surgical techniques,we classified dento-maxillofacial deformities,and restored the normal dento-maxillofacial relations and facial shape by orthognathic surgery.Results Totally 36 cases of dentofacial deformities were collected.clearing diagnosis of Malformation types were diagnosed,and surgical programs were designedby the model surgical mothod.The effects before and after surgery were compared and the results showed that the surgery was safe and achieved the expected effect.Conclusions Orthognathic and distraction osteogenesis is the most effective method for treating dento-maxillofacial deformity.
