摘  要:目的通过GC-MS法分析"发汗"对续断Dipsacus asper Wall.ex Henry挥发性成分的影响。方法水蒸气蒸馏法提取续断乙醚萃取物挥发油后,GC-MS法鉴定其成分,面积归一化法计算各成分相对含有量。结果续断在"发汗"前后均鉴定出28种成分,其中26种为共有成分。"发汗"前未检测出9,12,15-十八碳三烯酸甲酯和9-亚甲基-9H-芴,而"发汗"后未检测出顺-13-十八碳烯酸和十七烷醇。结论 "发汗"后续断中共有成分的含有量均有明显变化,变化范围为30.81%-99.34%。AIM To analyze the effect of "Fahan"( herbs piled and naturally dried) on volatile constituents in Dipsacus asper Wall. ex Henry by GC-MS. METHODS After the volatile oil in D. asper ethereal extract was extracted by steam distillation,its constituents were identified by GC-MS,then the relative contents of various constituents were calculated by area normalization method. RESULTS Before and after "Fahan",twenty-eight constituents were identified in D. asper,twenty-six of which were common components. Methyl 9,12,15-octadecatrienoate and 9-methylene-9H-fluorene were not detected before "Fahan",while 11-octadecenoicacid,( 11Z)-and 1-heptadecanol were not detected after "Fahan". CONCLUSION After "Fahan",the contents of common components in D. asper all show obvious changes within the ranges of 30. 81%- 99. 34%.
