摘  要:采用周期浸润加速试验模拟海洋大气环境,对某企业使用的Q355NH用钢进行了加速腐蚀实验;通过OM、SEM、XRD以及电化学工作站等试验方法对试验钢的锈层形貌、成分和电化学性能进行了表征和分析。结果表明:试验钢初期腐蚀速率主要受锈层厚度的影响,表现为加速-稳定-再加速-再稳定的变化规律;锈层成分主要为Fe3O4和Fe2O3。总体来看,该企业使用的Q355NH用钢的锈层在模拟的实验环境下对基体没有明显的保护作用。The marine atmospheric environment was simulated by the immersion cycle corrosion test, and the commercial Q355 NH weathering steel was studied by the accelerated corrosion test in this environment. The morphology, composition and electrochemical properties of rust layer of the test steels was characterized and investigated using OM, SEM, XRD and electrochemical workstation. The result showed that the corrosion rate of test steels presented an acceleration-stabilization-reacceleration-restabilization rule which was affected by the thickness of rust layer. The main composition of the rust layer was Fe3O4 and Fe2O3. Overall, the rust layer of the Q355 NH weathering steel had poor protection for the matrix under this simulated test environment.
