摘  要:薄板焊接的变形问题是薄板自动化焊接的技术难点。在焊接工艺方面,采取了一定措施,有效阻止了工件在焊接过程中出现变形。另外,使用机器人手动编程方法,对薄板试件进行焊接试验。通过不断调节焊接参数和焊接位置,最终获得一组适合焊接薄板的参数,为工厂使用机器人焊接薄板提供了一定的参考。Sheet welding deformation problem is still a difficulty. In the welding process, has taken certain measures to prevent welding deformation, prevented the workpiece appeared in deformation in welding process effectively. In addition, a set of welding experiments were carried out for the thin plate by the manual robot programming method, obtained and analyzed the experimental results. The experimental resuhs show' that in the whole process of welding test, by constantly adjusting welding parameters and welding position, finally get a set of suitable for welding sheet parameters, provide a certain reference for the factory using robot to weld sheet.
