小学青年教师教学效能感特征及影响因素的调查研究

摘  要:通过对小学青年教师教学效能感现状的调查研究与分析发现,小学青年教师教学效能感总体处于中等偏上水平,女教师个人教学效能感低于男教师,城区教师一般教学效能感低于乡镇教师,教龄5年以上的教师一般教学效能感低于教龄5年以下的教师,个人教学效能感高于教龄5年以下的教师。提高小学青年教师教学效能感的对策包括:加强社会支持,重视教师培训,提高职业认同感;加强教育研究,增加成功体验,融洽师生关系。After investigating teaching efficiency of young primary school teachers, we find that overall teaching efficiency is above average level. Specifically, personal teaching efficiency of female teachers is lower than that of male teachers ; general teaching efficiency of urban teachers is lower than that of rural teachers ; general teaching efficiency of teachers with more than 5 years of teaching is lower than that of teachers with less than 5 years of teaching, however, personal teaching efficiency of teachers with more than 5 years of teaching is higher than that of teachers with less than 5 years of teaching. Following are suggestions for improving the teaching efficiency of young primary school teachers, enhancing social support and education research; emphasizing teacher training; improving teachers' professional self - identity and success experience ; and coordinating the relationship between teachers and students.
