摘 要:综合性实验是高校实验教学的重要内容,对提高学生自主学习能力和动手能力,培养学生科研思维,激发学生学习兴趣,提升综合素质均起到积极作用。本文结合环境科学专业《环境微生物与生态学综合实验》的教学实践,对此综合性实验在内容设计、教学模式及考评方式方面开展的一系列教学改革与实践进行了探讨,结果表明这些教学改革实践可促进环境科学专业本科生综合和实验能力的提升,希望此教学的探索与实践为环境科学专业课程的实验教学改革提供借鉴。Comprehensive experiments are an important part of experimental teaching in universities, which can help improve students' autonomous learning and hands-on abilities, cultivate their scientific research capacity,motivate their learning interest, and promote their comprehensive qualities. Based on our teaching practice of"Environmental Microorganism and Ecology Comprehensive Experiment" for environmental science major in TUST, this paper introduced a series of educational innovations in the teaching contents, mode and evaluation methods for the comprehensive experiment of the major. The results showed that these teaching reforms have promoted the comprehensive experimental abilities of the undergraduate students' majoring in environmental science. These exploration and practice can give some reference to the experiment teaching reform in the environmental science courses.
