摘  要:为探索硒肥浸种对高粱的效应,以高粱品种‘晋杂18号’为材料,采用室内发芽试验,研究了不同浓度亚硒酸钠浸种对高粱种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响;同时通过田间试验,研究了不同浓度亚硒酸钠溶液浸种对高粱产量和籽粒硒含量的影响。结果表明:用0.1~0.5 mg Se/L的亚硒酸钠溶液对‘晋杂18号’浸种,能够显著提高种子发芽势、发芽率和活力指数,能够促进幼根、幼芽的生长;亚硒酸钠浸种对产量无明显影响,对提高高粱籽粒硒含量有促进作用,但差异不显著。亚硒酸钠浸种能够作为提高高粱籽粒硒含量的一项辅助措施。Sorghum variety‘Jinza 18’was used as material, the effect of different contents sodium selenite seed soaking on seed germination and seeding growth of sorghum were studied by the method of indoor germination test. At the same time, the effect of different contents sodium selenite seed soaking on sorghum yield and seeds selenium content were studied by the method of field experiment. The results showed that germination potential, germination rate and vigor index were significantly improved when the seeds were socked in 0.1~0.5 mg Se/L sodium selenite solution, which could promote the growth of young root and bud.Sodium selenite seed soaking had no significant effect on yield, it could improve seeds selenium content, but the effect was not obvious. Sodium selenite seed soaking could be used as a supplementary measure to enhance selenium content in sorghum seeds.
