腰果壳油摩擦粉挥发分和灰分测试的研究

摘　　要：针对腰果壳油摩擦粉挥发分和灰分测试过程试验条件难统一,加之现有的测试方法JB/T 1014-2006中对挥发分和灰分的测试条件规定不明确,导致测试结果误差大,平行性差,结合国内某生产厂家的产品做条件性测试,最终提出较为合理的测试方法建议。改进后的方法测试结果稳定、准确。According to the experimental conditions of CNSL friction dust volatile and ash testing process are difficult to unity,combined with the existing test methods of JB/T 1014-2006 in the test condition of the volatile and ash content of provisions are not clear, lead to great error in the test results, the parallelism is not good, combined with domestic conditional tests of a manufacturer’s product, finally to put forward the test method of reasonable suggestions. The improved method is stable and accurate test results.
