摘 要:目的 翻译并初步评价中文版情绪调控信念量表( the Emotion and Regulation Beliefs Scale , ERBS )在中国护理专业学生中应用的信效度。 方法 将 ERBS 翻译成中文,采用多阶段抽样,运用中文版情绪调控信念量表对 1463 名护理专业学生进行调查,并用 SPSS 18.0 和 AMOS 17.0 软件进行信效度检验。 结果 中文版 ERBS 量表保留 16 个条目,各条目与总分的 Pearson 相关系数为 0.405-0.634 ,具有统计学意义( P<0.01 )。 量表 Cronbach蒺s α 系数为 0.837 ,重测信度( ICC )为 0.830 。 条目水平的内容效度指数( I鄄CVI )为 0.820-0.930 ,量表水平的内容效度指数全体一致性( S鄄CVI/UA )为 0.800 , 平均量表水平的内容效度指数 ( S鄄CVI/Ave ) 为 0.910 。 探索性因子分析提取 3 个公因子, 累计贡献率达47.966% 。 验证性因子分析结果:卡方 / 自由度( CMIN/DF ) =2.805 ,修正的拟合优度指数( AGFI ) =0.902 ,拟合优度指数( GFI ) =0.919 ,规范拟合指数( NFI ) =0.901 ,比较拟合指数( CFI ) =0.906 ,近似误差平方根( RMSEA ) =0.043 ,此模型基本适配。 结论 修订后的中文版 ERBS 量表信效度良好,适合用于评估中国护理专业学生情绪调控情况。Objective To translate the English version of the Emotion and Regulation Beliefs Scale (EBRS) into Chinese,and to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version in nursing students. Methods The EBRS was translated into Chinese and the reliability and validity of the Chinese version were tested in 1,463 nursing students with SPSS18.0 and AMOS17.0 software. The multistage sampling design was used to conduct this study. Results The Chinese version of ERBS consisted of 16 items. All inter-items and item-to-total correlations ranged from 0.405 to 0.634. The EBRS had an overall Cronbach's ct of 0.825 and the test-retest correlation was 0.830. The item-level content validity index (I-CVI) ranged from 0.820 to 0.930. The scale-level content validity index(S- CVI) was the universal agreement S-CVI(S-CVI/UA) of 0.800 and the average S-CVI(S-CVI/Ave) of 0.910. Three factors were extracted by factor analysis ,which could explain 47.966% of the total variance. The confirmatory facto- ry analysis(CFA) indicated all measurements of structural model fit exceeded the recommended criteria,the 16-item of ERBS had a good fit:CMIN/DF=2.805,AGFI=0.902,GFI=0.919,NFl=0.901,CFI=0.906,RMSEA=0.043. Conclusion The Chinese version of ERBS is reliable and valid,and may be used for the beliefs about emotional management in Chinese nursing students.
