摘　　要：患者女,39岁。躯干及双下肢丘疹、结节并斑块8年。皮肤科情况:躯干及双下肢丘疹、结节,局部融合形成斑块和肿块,呈皮色或黄色,触之柔软、无压痛。皮损组织病理:真皮浅中层胶原束间可见脂肪细胞团块,呈片状或叶状分布,脂肪细胞形态成熟、发育正常。诊断:泛发性巨大型浅表脂肪瘤样痣。A 39-year-old female presented with the papules,nodules and plaques on the trunk and bilateral lower extremity for eight years.Clinical examination showed the soft papules and nodules on the trunk and bilateral lower extremity,some of them coalesced to form plaques and tumors.The skin lesions were skin-colored or yellow and touched painlessly.The histopathologic examination showed clusters of mature fat cells predominantly in the upper and middle dermis.Generalized large nevus lipomatosus superficialis was diagnosed.
