砷角化症伴高分化鳞状细胞癌1例

摘　　要：患者女,51岁。手足角化性丘疹10年,右足趾间溃疡1年。手部丘疹组织病理示表皮角化过度,表皮突向下不规则延伸;右足溃疡处癌组织浸润性生长,可见显著核多形性及有丝分裂。诊断:砷角化症;高分化鳞状细胞癌。在随访中。A 51-year-old female presented with keratotic papules on the hands and feet for 10 years, and appeared a interdigital ulcer for 1 year. A hand skin biopsy revealed hyperkeratosis in the epidermis and irregular rete ridges extending into the dermis. Furthermore, the interdigital ulcer histologically featured invasive growth of tumur with marked nuclear pleomorphism and mitosis in cells. A arsenical keratosis and high differentiated squamous cell carcinoma were diagnosed. The patient remains in the clinical follow-up.
