摘 要:目的:观察牙周炎患者龈沟液(GCF)中的白细胞介素-35(IL-35)浓度与临床指标的相关性。方法:纳入慢性牙周炎患者30人,并分为轻、中、重度3组(n=10);分别于基础治疗前和治疗后1个月于同一位点采集GCF,并记录出血指数(BI)、探诊深度(PD)、临床附着丧失程度(CAL)。用ELISA法分别检测治疗前、后各组GCF中IL-35的浓度变化并进行统计分析。结果:牙周基础治疗1个月后,轻、中、重度3组牙周炎患者GCF中IL-35浓度、BI和重度组的PD、CAL均较其治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);其中以中、重度组的降低程度更显著。相关分析结果显示,基础治疗前后各组GCF中的IL-35浓度与其各临床指标均无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论:牙周基础治疗能改善牙周炎患者的临床指标,降低龈沟液中的IL-35水平;提示IL-35可能参与了牙周炎的疾病进程。AIM: To study the correlation between IL-35 levels in gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) and clinical index in patients with periodontitis. METHODS: 30 periodontitis patients were divided into mild, moderate and severe chronic periodontitis groups ( n = 10 ) based on clinical index. GCF was collected at the same site before and 1 month after periodontal treatment. Bleeding index ( BI), probing depth (PD) and clinical attachment loss (CAL) were measured and recorded. ELISA was used to determine the concentration IL-35 in GCF. RESULTS: 1 month after treatment, IL-35 levels and clinical indices were significantly lower than those before treatment in all the 3 groups(P 〈 0.05 ). Furthermore, the decreasing effect was more significant in moderate and severe groups than in mild group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Correlation analysis showed no significant correlation between the change of IL-35 levels and the change of clinical indices( P 〉 0.05 ). CONCLUSION: IL-35 might be involved in the process of periodontitis.
