摘 要:聚烯烃催化剂用硅胶载体在中试生产过程中,采用喷雾干燥机进行干燥。考察喷雾干燥机入口温度对硅胶微观形态及物性的影响;通过负载聚合评价试验,考察不同干燥温度下硅胶负载催化剂聚合性能的影响。实验结果表明:当喷雾干燥机入口温度达到460℃时,硅胶的表面微观形态与进口硅胶表面微观形态基本一致(采用SEM表征),比表面积与进口硅胶相当,总孔容及平均孔径略大于进口硅胶;采用硅胶负载的催化剂,其活性略高于进口催化剂,聚合物颗粒形态较好。The silica gel carriers for polyolefin catalysts were dried by spray dryer in pilot production process.The effect of inlet temperature of spray dryer on the micromorphology and physical properties of silica gel and different drying temperature for polymerization was investigated by experiment. The results showed that the silica gel surface morphology was in accord with the commercial silica gel,the total pore volume and average pore were slightly larger than the commercial silica gel when the inlet temperature of spray dryer was above 460℃ from SEM analysis.In summary,the activity and ploymer particle morphology of the silica gel supported catalysts were better than commercial catalysts.
