摘 要:以传统径向磁通切换电机为研究对象,分析磁通切换电机的工作原理;针对12/10型磁通切换电机反电动势中三次谐波含量大导致反电势正弦度较差的问题,分析转子齿与定子齿的相对位置对磁链的影响,提出一种改变转子齿数的方法,分析转子齿数不同对电机谐波特性的影响。建立12/10型和12/11型磁通切换电机有限元模型,对比分析电机的磁链和反电势的谐波特性。有限元计算结果表明转子齿数的优化使反电势正弦度大幅提高,验证了所提方法的有效性。The working principle of switched flux machine was analyzed based on traditional radial topology, and the influence of relative position between rotor teeth and stator teeth was analyzed for the problem that the sine degree is poor for the components of third harmonic of back EMF is great in 12/10 pole switched flux machine. A method of changing numbers of rotor teeth was presented to improve the sine degree of back EMF and the influence of different numbers of rotor teeth on harmonic characteristic of flux linkage and back EMF was analyzed. The finite model of 12/10 pole and 12/11 pole switched machine was established. The comparative analysis was done to analyze flux linkage and back EMF. Finite element calculation results show that the optimization of rotor teeth enhances back EMF's sine degree greatly, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
