林丽珠辨治食管癌经验撷要

摘　　要：林丽珠教授从事中西医结合治疗肿瘤疾病近30年,对食管癌的中医药治疗拥有丰富的经验。林教授认为,食管癌的病理特点可总结为"气结""痰阻""血瘀""津亏",临证时需辨明虚实、分清标本,并适当配伍抗肿瘤药物。附验案一则。Professor LIN Lizhu has been treating malignant tumor using TCM and western medicine for nearly 30 years and has rich experience in treating esophageal cancer using the methods of traditional Chinese medicine. Professor LIN considers that the pathological characteristics of esophageal cancer could be summarized in four phrases： disorder of Qi,stagnation of phlegm,blood stasis and deficiency of body fluid. We should identify deficiency and excess of syndromes,combining with some antineoplastic drugs appropriately. One proven case is included.
