摘　　要：肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)作为一种功能性疾病,因其发病率日益增高,且病因病机不明的特点而备受关注。IBS作为中医药治疗的优势病种之一,近年来以疏肝健脾法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的作用机制研究取得一些进展,文章就相关的临床和实验研究进展述评。As one of the advantages of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and a functional disease,IBS is characterized by high incidence rate and unknown etiology reason. Some progress of the mechanisms of soothing liver and invigorating spleen treatment of irritable bowel syndrome was made in recent years. This review is around the clinical and experimental progress.
