摘 要:目的总结肉毒杆菌食物中毒患者的临床抢救要点与护理方法。方法回顾性分析2014年11月8日第二军医大学长海医院收治的1例重症肉毒杆菌食物中毒患者的临床资料,分析其抢救及护理记录。结果治疗期间,患者出现肌力下降、排尿困难、呼吸困难、呼吸道出血、血红蛋白含量降低等症状。经对症处理,患者的病情逐步好转。治疗206 d后,患者气管切开处皮肤愈合,经医生同意康复出院。结论重症肉毒杆菌食物中毒,起病较急,病程较长,护理人员要注意观察患者的病情,并予以及时的对症处理。Objective To conclude the nursing method and rescue points of severe clostridium botulinum food poisoning.Method Clinical data of 1 case of patient with severe clostridium botulinum food poisoning was analyzed retrospectively, the rescue and nursing points were analyzed.Results During the treatment, patient suffered from muscle weakness, dysuresia, dyspnea, hemorrhage in respiratory system and low hemoglobin. Patients got well after targeted treatment. After 206 days of treatment, the skins were healed from tracheotomy, and patient was discharged under doctor's permission. Conclusions The severe clostridium botulinum food poisoning is an acute onset disease with relatively long disease process. Nursing personnel should closely observe patients' status, and provide them with timely treatment and nursing.
