摘  要:目的分析深圳地区过敏性疾病患者常见的食物过敏原及其分布情况。方法采用欧蒙免疫印迹法对3 104例各种过敏性疾病患者检测食物特异性IgE,分析常见食物过敏原种类及其分布。结果食物过敏原sIgE总阳性率为36.05%,最常见的过敏原为蟹(17.78%)和海鱼组合(12.76%)。男性食物过敏原sIgE阳性率(39.09%)高于女性(34.18%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄组食物过敏原sIgE阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),并随着年龄的增大,鸡蛋白(P<0.001)、牛奶(P<0.001)、淡水鱼组合(P<0.05)的阳性率呈明显的下降趋势,而蟹的阳性率呈上升趋势(P<0.001)。结论深圳地区过敏性疾病的主要食物过敏原是蟹、海鱼组合,儿童主要的食物过敏原是鸡蛋和牛奶,青少年和成人的主要过敏原为蟹、海鱼组合。Objective In order to analyze the common food allergens and distribution of patients with allergic diseases in Shenzhen area. Methods The serum food allergen specific Ig E was tested by immunoblotting. Results The total positive rate of food allergens was 36.05% and crab was the most common allergen in our patients. There was significant difference in positive rate of allergen between males(39.09%) and females(34.18%, P〈0. 05). The positive rate of allergen was statistically different among different ages(P〈0.001). The positive rates of egg white(P〈0.001), milk(P〈0.001) and freshwater fish(P〈0.05)were decreased with age, while increased in crab(P〈0.001). Conclusion The sea fish and crab are the main allergens in the patients with allergic diseases in Shenzhen area. Eggs and milk are the main food allergens in children, and crab and sea fish are the main food allergens in adults.
