复方苦参注射液联合化疗药物腹腔内注射治疗肝癌伴癌性腹水护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究复方苦参注射液联合化疗药物腹腔内注射治疗肝癌伴癌性腹水的护理效果。方法:收集对象来源于2013年1月—2015年12月共3年就诊的100例肝癌伴癌性腹水患者。随机将100例患者分为A组和B组。其中,A组给予单纯化疗药物腹腔内注射治疗辅以常规护理;B组给予复方苦参注射液联合化疗药物腹腔内注射治疗并辅以综合化护理。比较腹水缓解率,护理满意度,化疗毒副作用,干预前和干预后患者肝功能TBL、ALT的差异,治疗后两组患者生活质量的差异。结果:(1)B组对比A组腹水缓解率、护理满意度更高,P<0.05。(2)B组化疗毒副作用明显少于A组,P<0.05。(3)干预前两组肝功能TBL、ALT相似,P>0.05;干预后B组对比A组肝功能TBL、ALT改变幅度更小,P<0.05。(4)治疗后B组患者生活质量明显优于A组,P<0.05。结论:复方苦参注射液联合化疗药物腹腔内注射治疗肝癌伴癌性腹水的效果确切,可有效减少单纯化疗药物毒副作用,改善腹水症状,有效保护肝功能,辅以良好有效的护理干预,可改善患者生活质量和护理满意度,值得推广。Objective：To discuss the nursing effect of compound matrine injection combined with chemotherapeutic drugs intraperitoneal injection in the treatment of liver cancer with malignant ascites. Methods：100 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and carcinoma of the liver with ascites from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected. 100 cases were randomly divided into group a and group b. Group a received intraperitoneal injection of chemotherapy drugs combined with routine nursing;Group b received intraperitoneal injection of compound matrine injection combined with chemotherapeutic drugs and comprehensive nursing. Ascites remission rate,nursing satisfaction,side effects of chemotherapy,TBL and ALT before and after treatment of two groups were compared. Results：（1）Ascites remission rate and nursing satisfaction of group b were better than group a（P〈0.05）;（2）Side effects of chemotherapy of group b was lower than group a（P〈0.05）;（3）TBL and ALT before treatment of two groups showed no significant difference（P〉0.05）;After treatment,TBL and ALT changes of group b were less than group a（P〈0.05）;（4）Quality of life after treatment of group b was better than group a（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Compound matrine injection combined with chemotherapeutic drugs intraperitoneal injection in the treatment of liver cancer with malignant ascites shows definite effect,can effectively reduce the toxic side effects of chemotherapy drugs,improve the symptoms of ascites,and effectively protect the liver function,and combined with nursing intervention,can improve the quality of life of patients and nursing satisfaction,worthy of promoting.
