摘  要:日本在战后产业公害及企业丑闻的压力下,政府、企业、民间组织及民众协力推行企业社会责任(CSR),建立了环境经营体系,取得了显著的环保效益。我国目前环境问题凸显,CSR体制缺失,企业节能减排任重道远,日本推行CSR的成功经验值得我国借鉴。Industrial pollution and corporate scandals frequently happened in Japan after the World War II. Under such pressure, Japanese government, enterprises, civil organizations and people got together to promote Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and to establish the environment management system,fi- nally receiving significant environmental effect. China is facing a tough challenge with serious environmen- tal problems. In China, the CSR system hasn't been established well and enterprises are far away from the target of energy conservation and emissions reduction. The successful experience from Japan of its promo- tion and implementation of CSR is worthy of reference for China.
