绩效管理在后勤工作中的重要性浅析——以江苏省农业科学院为例

摘　　要：绩效管理作为一种规范、有效的现代化企业管理手段,已被越来越多的企业认可和采用,在农业科研院所后勤企业的管理中,绩效管理同样发挥着举足轻重的作用。文章以江苏省农业科学院为例,对后勤服务部门绩效管理制度的制定、绩效考核的细化、绩效管理平台的构建和配套工程的建设等方面进行了探讨,以期为后勤服务部门降低运行成本、提高运行效率、增强服务保障能力提供参考。Performance management is a normative and effective modem enterprise management way, which has been accepted and adopted by more and more enterprises, and plays a pivotal role in the performance management of logistics enterprises of agricultural scientific research institutes. Base on Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the establishment of performance management system of administrative services division, the detailing of performance appraisal, construction of performance management platform, and the building of auxiliary project were discussed in the paper, in order to promote logistics service to reduce operating cost, improve efficiency, enhance the ability of service support.
