以专业为中心构建高职体育教学体系研究——以老年服务与管理专业实践为例

摘　　要：颠覆长期以来高职体育教学以运动项目为中心、重复中小学公共体育课、针对性不强的粗放型的教学模式,构建以专业为中心的精准体育教学模式,旨在促进学生发展、增强就业竞争能力、提高职业技术教育吸引力。采用文献资料法、比较研究法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等进行研究。结果表明:以专业为中心的精准体育教学效果优于以运动项目为中心的粗放型公体课教学;老年服务与管理专业精准体育教学对培养其专业学生优秀人格、礼仪、人际交往、知识技能、身体素质、职业病预防等效果显著。We should overturn teaching pattern of taking the center of vocational physical education teaching for a long time, repeated public primary and secondary school physical education, not strong extensive pertinence and build precision for the center with professional sports teaching mode, to promote students＇development, enhance employment competition ability, and improve the attractive vocational and technical education. We can make a study by using methods of literature method, compar- ative research, logical analysis, mathematical statistics and so on. Results （ 1 ） precision for the center with professional sports teaching effect is better than that of sports centered extensive public course teaching. （2）the elderly services and management professional precision sports teaching to cultivate the students good personality, etiquette, interpersonal communication, knowl- edge, skills, physical quality, the occupational disease prevention effect is remarkable.
