摘 要:医学微生物学是衔接临床医学和预防医学的基础课程。当前医学微生物学教学存在一些普遍性问题,如病原体多且容易混淆、课时少但内容多、易陷入填鸭式教学等。为此,本研究试图探索以学生为主体的病原体"三性"和"两法"教学法,即充分利用新媒体,通过微信公众号将教学内容推送给学生,形成一种新型的辅助教学模式。与传统课堂教学相比,这种新型辅助教学模式具有独特的优势,比如音频、视频或图文等多种表现形式、学生可随时随地进行碎片化学习等,这对课堂教学形成了有益的补充。不过,教学过程中还是必须秉持以课堂教学为主体、微信公众平台相辅助的教学理念,只有形成两者相辅相成的教学格局,才能更好地发挥教学模式各自的优势,从而提高教学质量和教学效果。Medical microbiology is a foundation course connecting clinical medicine and preventive medicine. There are some common problems existing in the current medical microbiology teaching, such as excessive and easily confused contents about pathogens, insufficient class hours and "spoon-feeding teaching". To solve the problems, this paper explores the use of We Chat public accounts to assist the teaching centered by students, namely, pushing teaching contents to students through We Chat. Compared with the traditional classroom teaching, the new model has its unique advantage in complementing classroom teaching, that is, students can learn whenever and wherever possible with audios, videos or pictures and texts. However, the teaching process should adhere to classroom teaching as the main part supplemented by We Chat. Only after forming a teaching situation in which they complement each other can their own advantages be given into better play, and can teaching quality and effect be improved.
