摘  要:目的建立高效液相色谱法测定食品中胭脂虫红的方法。方法盐酸-甲醇提取,高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测,保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果在4.0~100 mg/L时有良好线性关系,线性相关系数〉0.999,方法检出限为0.0004 g/kg,方法定量限为0.001 g/kg,加标回收率为92.3%~105.6%,相对标准偏差为0.7%~6.5%。结论该方法前处理简单实用,适用于各类食品中胭脂虫红的检测。[Objective]To establish a method for the determination of carminic acid in food by HPLC.[Methods]Carminic acid in food was extracted by hydrochloric acid-methanol and detected by HPLC with diode array detector. The qualitative and quantitative analysis was performed by retention time and external standard method,respectively.[Results]There was a good linear relationship in the concentrations of 4.0-100 mg/L,and the linear correlation coefficient was〉 0.999 9. The detection limit was 0.000 4 g/kg and quantitative limit was 0.001 g/kg. The recovery of standard addition was 92.3%-105.6%. The relative standard deviation was 0.7%-6.5%.[Conclusion]The pretreatment of the method is simple and practical,and this method is suitable for the determination of carminic acid in various kinds of food.
