摘  要:目的了解北京市朝阳区食源性腹泻病例监测病原构成,提高聚集性病例的识别能力,为食源性疾病治疗、预防与控制提供指导。方法采集北京市朝阳区哨点医院食源性腹泻病例粪便标本,并对所采标本进行微生物学检测,分析记录资料。结果 1 548份病例粪便标本中,有164例标本检出食源性致病菌,病原菌检出率为10.59%;其中检出沙门菌71株,志贺菌5株,副溶血性弧菌11株,5种致泻性大肠埃希菌77株。病原菌检出率不同年份(χ^2=6.665,P〈0.05)、不同季节(夏秋和冬春比较χ^2=23.844,P〈0.01)、不同年龄段(χ^2=11.955,P〈0.01)差异均有统计学意义。结论 2013—2015年北京市朝阳区食源性腹泻病例在8种常见食源性致病菌中以沙门菌为主。[Objective] To understand the pathogenic composition of the food borne diarrhea cases in Chaoyang District of Beijing,improve the early identification and traceability of clustering cases,and provide guidance for the treatment,prevention and control of food borne diseases.[Methods]The stool samples of food borne diarrhea cases were collected from sentinel hospitals of Chaoyang District,to carry out microbiological examination. The results were analyzed.[Results]Among 1 548 stool samples,164 samples were detected for food borne pathogens with the detection rate of 10.59%,and there were 71 strains of Salmonella, 5 strains of Shigella, 11 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus,77 strains of pathogenic Escherichia coli. The differences in the detection rate of pathogens were statistically significant among different years(χ^2=6.665,P 〈0.05),season(between summer-autumn and winter-spring,χ^2=23.844,P〈0.01),age groups(χ^2=11.955,P〈0.01).[Conclusion]Among 8 kinds of food-borne pathogenic bacteria, Salmonella is the dominant pathogen in patients with food borne diarrhea in Chaoyang District of Beijing from 2013-2015.
