跨学科研究大趋势下实验技术员的能力发展研究

摘　　要：实验技术员是实验室管理与实验教学队伍的重要组成部分。在当今跨学科研究大趋势下,高校实验技术员需要掌握多学科的专业基础知识,熟悉先进的仪器设备,综合多学科实验技术设计实验教学方案,加强与其他学科人员之间的交流合作,在科研与教学中发挥更大的作用。同时,高校管理者需要重视实验技术员队伍的建设,鼓励他们继续教育和开展科研工作,以促进实验技术员提高自身的业务能力。Experimental technician is an important part of the team for laboratory management and experimental teaching. Un-der the trend of interdisciplinary research, experimental tech-nicians need to be familiar with multidisciplinary professional basic knowledge and the advanced instruments to design inte-grated experimental course for experimental teaching. Besides, experimental technicians should keep communication and co-operation with others from different disciplines, and play a more important role in scientific research and teaching. At the same time, the managers of high school need to pay more attention to the construction of experimental technicians troop, encourage them to receive continuing education and do scientific research to improve their academic level.
